LUKE MARTIN

Luke Martin was born in Concord, MA but was raised in Phoenix, AZ starting at a young age. He attended Arizona State University where he studied communications.  In January of 2011, Luke started Door Tech and his new business venture had begun. Over the next 6 years he would grow the business to over $2 million in revenue and eventually sell the business to Tommy Mello and A1 Garage Doors.  A1's rapid growth new opportunities continued to present themselves and Luke soon found himself with an opportunity to become the VP of Sales for A1 Garage Doors.  In 2022 the company made the decision to prepare for a transaction in the private equity space and Luke was promoted to Chief Operating Officer to assist with this transition and continue to grow the revenue of the company. He enjoys traveling with his fiancé and kids, cooking, and football when he is not focused on the growth and success of A1.

Travis Rackley has spent over two decades in the Garage Door Industry and specializes in operations and training.  Implementing unique systems and processes has allowed Travis to scale A1's Training Academy to assist in growth and acquisitions nationwide.
